Ordering, Payment and Delivery

Making a purchase
Send your enquiries and booking to cocoon.jewel@gmail.com stating:
1. the item name / model no.

2. your name and mailing address

3. your choice of delivery (local, registered or local courier)

4. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you our confirmation reply and how to make payment to us within 24 hours.

5. Payment should be done within 24hrs upon receipt of our confirmation email, or the item will be released to the next in line.

Payment & Delivery
1. All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

2. Payment strictly via Fund transfer - POSB/DBS account.

3.1 Delivery in Singapore
~ Singapore normal local postage - Free. [Please note we are not responsible for package lost]

~ Registered mail postage - Please add in SGD2.20 per order, regardless of how many items you order. Free for order above SGD80.00 [Highly recommended to ensure safe delivery of parcel]

~ Local courier - Please add SGD5.00 per order, regardless of how many items you order

3.2 Delivery in Hong Kong
Please email me for Hong Kong postage enquiries.

3.3 Your order will be mailed within 2 working days upon receipt of payment.
